PNC declares Q4 and annual results for 2024-25

Pritish Nandy Communications announced its Q4 and annual results after its board meeting on Tuesday May 27, 2025. Q4 results showed a total income of Rs 796 lakh compared to Rs 2897.80 lakh in last year’s Q4.  The Company made a net loss (after tax) of Rs 41.34 lakh compared to profit (after tax) of Rs 96.53 lakh in the previous Q4.

The year-end results showed a total income Rs 3424.99 lakh compared to Rs 5835.50 lakh of last year. The Company made a net loss (after tax) of Rs 97.14 lakh compared to profit (after tax) of Rs 218.68 lakh of last year.

Season 1 of the Company’s Netflix original series The Royals premiered on May 9, 2025 globally.  The series holds strong and continues to trend at #3 for the second week running on Netflix’s global top 10 shows, adding another 5.5 million views during the second week to its release week views of 3 million. It is now in the top 10 shows across 58 countries (up from 43 countries during week 1) and remains the #1 show in 7 countries apart from India, as per Netflix data. Created by Rangita Pritish Nandy and Ishita Pritish Nandy, The Royals features Bhumi Pednekar, Ishaan Khatter, Zeenat Aman, Sakshi Tanwar, Nora Fatehi, Milind Soman, Dino Morea, Chunky Pandey, Vihaan Samat, Sumukhi Suresh, Lisa Mishra, Kavya Trehan, Luke Kenny and others.

Previously this year, the Company’s Amazon original series Ziddi Girls premiered on February 27, 2025 to much critical acclaim and audience fanfare.

Adding to these 2 series, the principal photography of season 4 of the Company’s very popular and international Emmy nominated series, Four More Shots Please!, for Amazon Prime Video India commenced on March 28, 2025 and has already completed 65% of its principal photography.  Four More Shots Please! is being shot across Mumbai, Bangkok and Goa. Sayani Gupta, Kirti Kulhari, Bani J and Maanvi Gagroo continue to spearhead this ensemble with Prateik Babbar, Lisa Ray, Milind Soman, Rajeev Siddhartha, Simone Singh, Sushant Singh, Anasuya Sengupta, Dino Morea, Kunaal Roy Kapur, Plabita Borthakur, Ayesha Kanga and Neeraj Kabi. 

In addition to these 3 shows, work on new series and films continues in development and it is the Company’s endeavor to take at least one more production on the floors, later this financial year.
